Everything digital is created for free, with no bank card. The Personalised Card, the Time Capsule, the group fund (0% fees) and birthday reminders are 100% free, with no limit or expiry. The Memory Space, the event and the Memory Book start free up to 50 contributions for 3 months.
For the Memory Space, the event and the Memory Book, a one-off payment of €39.90 unlocks unlimited use: contributions and members with no cap, no expiry. No subscription, no commitment — and all contributions already received are kept.
For freemium products (Memory Space, event, Memory Book), two limits apply: 50 contributions and 3 months of activity. The first threshold reached triggers the switch to read-only. The data is retained.
The tool switches to read-only: your data and contributions are retained and viewable, but no new contribution is accepted. You can unlock the tool for unlimited use at any time with a one-off payment of €39.90.
The Pro Space is a subscription reserved for professionals. For €39.90/month with no commitment, it includes the mini-site branded to you as well as all event and everyday tools without limit, with unlimited contributors per mini-site and up to 5 mini-sites open at the same time. A finished mini-site can be closed (it becomes read-only) to free up a slot. The mini-site is only available through this subscription.
For specific needs (Pro Space beyond 5 mini-sites open at once, white-label, exceptional volumes…), we build a bespoke offer. Contact us at bonjour@filomy.com — reply within 24h.
No, rematerialisation (postcards, printed book, box, t-shirt…) is billed per unit or on quote, independently of the digital unlock.
