A freemium product (Memory Space, Memory Book, Invitations & RSVP, Poll, Registration and collection, walls) is free up to its limits, for example 50 responses or contributions. Beyond that, you unlock it for unlimited use. Free products (Card, Capsule, Kitty, Gift Voucher, Reminders) have no limits.

A one-time payment of €39.90 unlocks a freemium product for unlimited use, with no subscription. Boxes already include this unlock.

The Personalised Card is entirely free. You personalise the card (photo, message, occasion), choose the recipients and the date. On the day, each recipient receives an automatic SMS with a link to the card. You can also share it via WhatsApp or email.

A message — text, photo, audio or video — that you compose today and that will be sent on the exact date you choose, even several years from now. Ideal for a message to open on an 18th birthday, on a wedding day, or on a symbolic anniversary date.

Yes. There is no date limit. The capsule is stored encrypted and sent automatically on the set date.

The Personalised Card sends an SMS on the day. The Time Capsule sends an email. You can also share the link manually via WhatsApp at any time.

Yes, as long as the delivery date has not passed. Log in to your space from /dashboard to edit the content or reschedule the delivery.

A collaborative project to gather a person's memories. You define the chapters, invite loved ones to contribute chapter by chapter, and get a complete book — digital (PDF) or physical (Memory Space Box or custom printing).

By entering the first name, year of birth, decades of life and the desired tone, the AI proposes a selection of chapters tailored to that story. You can edit the titles, change the order or add chapters from the catalogue.

On /creer-livre, start creating your book. From your space, select "Printed book". Enter your details and we'll send you a personalised quote within 24h based on your number of chapters.

No. Each contributor sees only the chapters assigned to them, to preserve the surprise until the final handover. You control visibility from your space.

Two options: (1) Via Canva — the design of your space, card or book is imported directly into Canva. You finalise it and order single items via the Canva store (greeting cards, T-shirt, poster…). (2) On quotation — for large quantities (batches of QR code postcards, printed books, custom boxes), fill in the form on /rematerialiser and get a reply within 48h.

From your Filomy space (dashboard), a button lets you open the design in Canva. You can then order directly: folded A5 greeting card (envelope included), keepsake T-shirt (organic cotton, DTG printing), poster, tote bag… Canva handles manufacturing and shipping. Filomy charges nothing extra — you pay only Canva.

For 10 or more QR code postcards, a batch of T-shirts, or a printed guestbook (21×21cm, hardcover). The quote form is on /rematerialiser. Reply within 48h with a price based on quantity and format.

Via Canva for single items: 5 to 10 working days depending on the product. On quotation (book, box, batches): 2 to 3 weeks after approval. Always allow at least 10 days before the desired date for urgent orders.

No. Your loved ones access the memory space or contribute to the Memory Book via an anonymised link. Your email address is never shared.

Yes. Payments are processed via Stripe (PCI-DSS standard). Filomy never stores your bank details.
