4. Personal data and GDPR
Filomy collects and processes personal data as part of providing its services.

Data collected:
- Email address (account creation, sending of cards and reminders)
- First name (message personalisation)
- Loved ones' birth dates (reminder service)
- Content of messages created by the user
Legal basis: performance of the contract and legitimate interest.
Retention period: data is kept for as long as the account is active. When the account is deleted, the data is erased within 30 days.
Rights: in accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at bonjour@filomy.com.
5. Cookies
Filomy only uses cookies that are strictly necessary for the service to function (authentication, session, display language). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used. Audience measurement is handled by a cookieless solution (Vercel Web Analytics).

Filomy strives to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the information published on this site. However, Filomy cannot guarantee the accuracy, precision or completeness of the information made available.
