They receive a code, go to filomy.com/activer-box, enter the code and a first name: the mini-site builds itself automatically, already styled, with the right products. Their guests contribute without creating an account.
Is it a one-time payment?
Yes: the box is a one-time payment, no subscription. The only exception is the wall for lasting occasions (birth, birthday, seniors): the 1st year is free, then €9.90/month only if you wish to keep it — no commitment and no automatic charge.
What happens if the code isn't used?
Codes are valid for 24 months. You can also activate the box yourself to help your loved one.
Can people contribute via WhatsApp?
Yes: on the box's spaces, a WhatsApp access lets people drop in messages, photos and voice notes straight from the conversation.
