For a personal cause, the essentials stay simple: a fundraiser, donation pledges and messages of support. For an association or institution, a review page with a QR code is added, and the fundraiser can be verified to reassure donors.

Link your fundraiser (HelloAsso, Leetchi, Lydia…) or let people pledge a donation in cash, by cheque or bank transfer. Filomy takes nothing from donations.
Messages of support, live
Family, neighbours and members leave a message of encouragement, also via WhatsApp. The Jam shows them live, to project or share.
For an association: the review page
An association or institution also gets a review page with a QR code to collect testimonials and feedback. Not for a personal cause.
Optional: a verified fundraiser
An association can send its declaration receipt (or SIREN) and the chair's ID: once checked, the fundraiser shows the “Verified” badge.
How it works
- You activate the box and say whether it's a cause or an association.
- Your page is online: fundraiser, donation pledges, Jam — and a review page for an association.
- You share the link or QR code: everyone leaves a message or pledges a donation.
- Messages of support appear live on the Jam; you keep track of donation pledges.

Which causes can I use it for?
A person or family in need (disaster, illness, hard times), a group project, or an association or institution. You choose at activation: cause or association.
Why is the review page only for associations?
Leaving a review makes sense for an organisation (association, institution) that welcomes the public. For a personal cause, the Jam's messages of support are enough: you don't rate a family going through hard times.
Does the fundraiser money go through Filomy?
No. Donations go straight to the fundraiser or account you chose. Filomy takes no commission, and the box is free out of solidarity.
How does verification work?
Optional and for organisations only: the association sends its declaration receipt (or SIREN) and its chair's ID. We check within 2 working days, then the documents are deleted.
What are donation pledges?
Everyone says what they intend to give and how (cash, cheque, transfer). You track pledges in your space and follow up if needed — ideal when an online fundraiser doesn't suit everyone.
