Your shop has been damaged? Your neighbourhood wants to help.
Smashed window, graffitied shutter, stock destroyed during a protest: in 2 minutes, your support page brings together a fundraiser, donation pledges and messages of encouragement shown live. And, if you wish, a verified fundraiser.

Optional: reassure donors with a verified fundraiser.
After a break-in, strangers sometimes open collections in the name of affected shops, and donors hesitate. If you wish, prove you really are the owner: your company registration and ID are checked by our team, then deleted. The badge reassures — but your page works perfectly well without it.
What's in the box
Fundraiser & donation pledges
Link your fundraiser (Leetchi, Lydia, Wero…) or let people pledge a donation in cash, by cheque or bank transfer. Filomy takes nothing from donations.
Messages of support, live
Customers and neighbours leave a message of encouragement, also via WhatsApp. The Jam shows them live: on a screen in your window, or to share.
A QR code in your window
Stick it on the window or the boarding: one scan is enough to show support, leave a review or pledge a donation.
Optional: a verified fundraiser
If you wish, send your company registration (KBIS) and an ID: once checked, the fundraiser shows the “Verified” badge. Optional.
How it works
- You activate the box: fundraiser, donation pledges, Jam and QR code are online in 2 minutes.
- You share the link and stick the QR code on your window: everyone leaves a message or pledges a donation.
- Messages of support appear live on the Jam; you keep track of donation pledges.
- Optionally, send your KBIS: the fundraiser shows the “verified” badge within 2 working days.
Your questions
Which documents do I need to provide?
A KBIS extract less than 3 months old (or the SIRENE status notice for a micro-business) and the ID document of the director named on it. The name on the ID must match the one on the KBIS.
Who sees my documents?
Only the Filomy team in charge of verification. They are stored privately, never published, and deleted as soon as we have made our decision. We only keep the SIREN number and the verification date.
Does the fundraiser money go through Filomy?
No. Donations go straight to the fundraiser or account you chose. Filomy takes no commission, and the box is free out of solidarity.
How long does verification take?
We review requests within 2 working days. You get an email as soon as the fundraiser is verified — or, if a document is not suitable, the reason so you can send a new request.
What does the “Verified fundraiser” badge guarantee?
That the person who created the page is the registered director of the business. It does not guarantee how the funds are used: it rules out fake fundraisers opened in a shop's name by third parties.
