Does Filomy replace our association management software?
No, it complements it. Filomy handles events, registrations, fundraising and polls. For accounting, memberships and tax receipts, keep your usual tool.
Do you take a commission on payments?
No. Your members pay the association directly by bank transfer, Wero, Lydia, PayPal, cheque or cash. Filomy takes nothing from these amounts.
Do our members need to create an account?
No. They respond from a link sent by WhatsApp or email, with no app to install.
Can several committee members manage it?
Yes. Add co-managers: the treasurer, secretary or trip organiser can see registrations and payments.
How much does it cost?
Registrations, polls and invitations are free up to 50 responses; the kitty is always free. Beyond that, unlock unlimited use for one event, or take the Pro subscription for a permanent association space.
